17+ years experience painting scenery all over the UK and beyond.  
I have held both full-time and freelance positions, managed projects and paint-shops large and small and have become a highly regarded member of many production teams.
I am very capable of reproducing an aesthetic that matches the designers vision and enjoy exploring new, more effective and efficient methods of creating visual effects. ​
Theatre is where my passion lies but my career has also allowed me to step foot in the worlds of TV, film, theming and events.

Work in Progress (2022-2023)

Documenting the process of Scenic Art is very easy to forget as deadlines and workload often get in the way.  I take photos of the process to record our methods and techniques but also for future reference as productions often have similarities. The final piece doesn't always reflect the amount of trial and error that has taken place to achieve the desired effect.

Personal Work/Commissions

I have always painted and sketched in my spare time but never given myself the opportunity to finish any of my personal projects. The events of 2020 gave me the head space to address this and I also took on a number of commissions.
